Stages of the immigration process
1
Submission to the company and receiving a consultation. The lawyer answers the client`s questions, analyzes his situation and selects the most suitable way of immigration.
2
Formation of a dossier. The migration specialist provides assistance in preparing the required documents and, if necessary, requests missing certificates through access to the state archives.
3
Submission of a request to governmental bodies. The applicant, together with a lawyer, visits an authorized institution to submit an application and dossier.
4
Obtaining requested status and documents. In the presence of migration lawyer, a document (residence permit, permanent residence card or passport of an EU country) is issued to the applicant.

Directive 2004/08/EU defines the equality of rights of all citizens of the European Union, so the identity card of any of the states is an EU passport. With this document, a foreigner can live in a preferred country of the union with access to the labor market, free education and medical services, as well as social assistance.
The process of obtaining citizenship can also be possible for the applicant’s minor children, provided that the other parent consents. Family members of an EU passport holder have the right to open a residence permit or permanent residence in the European Union (depending on the country) and subsequent naturalization through reunification.
When immigration lawyers are involved in the process, the client’s tasks are minimized: it is enough to provide a basic package of documents (passport, civil status certificates), visit authorized state bodies accompanied by a specialist, after considering the request - take an oath and receive a citizenship certificate.
Most European Union countries do not require foreigners to necessarily exit from their previous citizenship when applying for a local passport. Immigration lawyers recommend programs to clients that allow them to legally retain two identity documents.
