The basic dossier of a permanent resident card applicant consists of a foreign passport, a valid residence permit, tax returns for the last 5 years and confirmation of insurance contributions, as well as a bank statement, a certificate of no criminal record, a medical policy, a certificate of knowledge of the Greek language (level A2), proof of residence in Cyprus.
